Answers: im 13 and having a hollywood themed party i have decorations and stuff but i dont kno what to put out for food and i bought champagn glasses so i need a drink that looks fancy but is non-alcholic. HELP

Sparkling grape juice
Try Sparkling Cider. It comes in a Champagne bottle and it's even the same color.

You can get sparkling cider at any grocery store..looks exactly the same as champagne and tastes much better :) You could also use ginger ale!

Just get sparkling grape juice in those bottles that resemble champagne bottles with the foil top.
For a really cool drink you could always get something and put dry ice in it, gives a great steamy/frozen look. But uh... where you would get dry ice from... etc lol
For some food ideas, try finger sandwiches and crackers with some kind of topping. Shirley Temples would make wonderful non-alcoholic drinks. You can google non alcoholic drink recipes if you want more of a variety.
for the drink i would use gingerale and for food i would do pizza but cut it up in small pieces and put it on a tray so it looks fancy and stuff
Ginger Ale looks good in a glass. Also, for food, put out pigs in a blanket, you could also do cocktail shrimp. Do small snacks on platters to they look like hors d oeuvres.

Ghoul-Ade (Halloween Party Punch)
16 Servings
Prep Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
1 quart bottle sparkling apple cider
1 quart bottle cranberry juice cocktail
1 liter bottle ginger ale
2 cups pineapple juice
Ice cubes
Instructions:
In a large punch bowl combine ingredients. Add lots of ice and stir. Makes about 16 cups.
You can decorate it with a cherry or a slice of pineapple. Good luck to your party!
maybe you can try grape juice with sprite ..half n half proportion ...and add few cut lemon pieces...
get a blender and do virgin dacquiris and virgin pina coladas and stuff like that
Get ginger ale (it looks like champagne) and crush up either frozen or fresh raspberries. Put them in the bottom of the goblet, then pour the ginger ale over it. Then add a few whole raspberries on top for decoration. You can also do this with 7up, it is the most fizziest. Good Luck and have fun....
For the drink:
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
mix until sugar is disolved
1 litre sparkling water, stir together when ready to serve.
frozen strawberries in syrup
place in blender
store in the freezer until ready to use.
place strawberry puree in bottom of each champaigne glass, pour sparkling lemonade on top :)
You can also do this with frozen blueberries, passion fruit is really good, cherries, any syrup or frozen fruit in syrup that can be blended.
Another one is
1 can frozen lime juice and 1 litre ginger ale. It's really yummy and super simple. But it's better in a rock glass over ice.

Easy stuffed mushrooms:
1 package fine herb boursin
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
combine
stuff mushroom tops with mixture
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes
Shrimp cocktail... set out with thin lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
Set out sliced, warm, french bread with a bowl of store bought pesto.

1 small garlic clove
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 cup fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
place garlic in blender and puree well. Add next three ingredients in blender.
as soon as you turn on the blender, pur olive oil into mix in thin stream. Stop blending as soon as all oil is poured. Takes about 5 minutes total.
Easy Fondue:
1 bag chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
juice of 1 jar marchino cherries (...you could put the cherries in the sparkling lemonade if you'd like or save for decorating fundue plate)
place everything in a bowl, microwave 2 minutes, let sit for 5 minutes, stir and serve immediately with fresh berries and fruit.

and drop a small amount of food colouring on top of your drink.
cocktail glasses or even the wine glasses if you can not get any more glasses, so it looks like a real cocktail.
you can even get some of the umbrella straws and slice some fruit like pineapple, strawberries and even some lemon and limes as well.
to snaz up your glasses.
heat about half cup of sugar with half cup of water until dissolved.
then put some sugar in a blender with a drop of your fave colours make a few different ones.
then swirl only the lip of the glass around in the cooled sugar mix then swirl into the coloured sugar. and fill with drinks.

skewers- veg -beef- chicken and even fruit skewers(they can dip them in chocolate fondue) if you have a chocolate fountain they are fairly cheap if you do not have one.

I would have a rasberry flavoured sparkling water and serve a lot of things set at a buffet.Examples= stuffed olives,rolled up ham w/cream cheese in the centre,Baguette sliced for spinach dip and make skewers of shrimp or marinated beef with button mushrooms and peppers.You can grill these or broil.Mini hamburgers or sliders they are called. Make a punch of club soda (plain) grape juice, peach juice, cranberry juice, and gingerale. Mix it together and add to each fancy cup some cherries and cut lemon or lime. Have fun at your party.

how about some grape wine. how about some finger food such as chicken wings, mini hotdogs, popcorn chicken, grilled kebabs. fyi (for your information) next time you are going to have a party consider the food that go with whichever theme you want so that you won't end up in such a situation like this again.
sparkling grape juice, take into consideration what everyone attending likes to eat. you dont want to have foods that no one will eat. mini pizzas, salsa & corn scoops your age group likes all fast foods.
