Pumpkin Roll...to slice or not??!

Question: Hi! Making a Pumpkin Roll (Libby's Recipe) to take for a teacher function tomorrow. Do you think it looks more decorative/ novel to slice it or leave it whole? Leaving it whole has been suggested, but I am afraid it will be a bit hard to cut tomorrow because it has nuts in it so maybe i should go ahead..any tips?? thanks!!

I would leave it. It's going to be just as hard to cut tonight as it will be tomorrow. So why spoil the presentation in the process? Just make sure it's chilled and you have a very sharp bread knife when you slice it up tomorrow. You should be fine.
leave it - it will be easier to cut tomorrow after it has set for a while. If you cut it too early, the slices can unroll and the cake part will not be as moist....made many rolls like this in my lifetime, they are great, but can be a bit messy too.
