One thing that I have done in the past is cut open hand sized holes in boxes and put dishes of brains (pizza dough), snakes (cooked spaghetti), eyes (peeled grapes - I don't know what they are called they are little purple grapes that pop right out of the skin), maggots (cooked and cooked rice) I used jello, but I don't remember what I called it. Ask the kids to guess what it is. Have a prize for the child who guesses them right. We also played musical chairs to monster mash. Again with prizes. This took a little more time, but we made a mini haunted house in the basement. My basement is scary anyway, any child that made it through also received a prize. We made the dividers with sheets. Had some of the teenagers around dress up and scream to startle the kids, etc.
For dinner we served english muffin pizzas. I used a pumpkin cookie cutter to lay the cheese out on the muffins. I used dry food coloring on the mozz cheese. For the pumpkin and the stem. I added more green food coloring to some veggie dip to make it green slime and had celery, carrots and cukes.
For dessert I let the kids decorate their own cupcakes and then eat them. I had everyone in and out in less than 2 hours. Still time enough to trick or treat.

wear a costume of an angel being hung by its own halo. "with your halo, slipping down to choke you now" the noose by a perfect circle
well might as well do what all women do each and every year! gotta go slutty! if a nurse, slutty nurse. if a policewoman, slutty policewoman. a secretary, slutty secretary!
Heres an idea you can add to all the other great ideas you get :)
Set up a little table and put different types of food in each bowl such as slimy sketti , and jello , and ketchup
Cover their eyes so they dont know what they are feeling lol
make sure you put up a curtain so the children around the person who goes cant see what tehy are touching .
The kids will get a kick out of it make sure you have napkins at the end of the table for quick hand clean up lol .

One fun game we have played is "Mummy Wrap". Have the kids wrap thier "Mum" in toilet paper. Do it to music for extra fun.
