Honey Glazed Chicken

1/2 C. all purpose flour
2 lbs chicken ( I used breasts cut in pieces and drumsticks)
1/2 C melted butter... divided
1/4 C. packed brown sugar
1/4 C. honey
1/4 C. lemon juice
1 T soy sauce
1 t curry powder



In a bowl or bag, combine flour and seasoning... salt , pepper, garlic powder... add chicken and coat on both sides. Shake off excess flour.

Pour 4 T. butter into a 13 X 9 pan and place chicken in pan. Turn chicken over to coat in butter. Bake uncovered for 30 min at 350.

Combine brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, curry powder, and remaining butter. Pour over chicken and continue baking for 45 more minutes. Serve chicken with the pan juices.

it depends on what kind of cook you are. i like salmon (for seafood), pasta is always easy to cook and tastes good, appetizers are nice to have and it gives your menu a variety. wine always make a meal fun! :)

I'm having Meatball Bubble Bicuits. It is a meatball and cheese and a little pasta sauce wrapped in a biscuit. Tomorow we're having chicken enchiladas with a green sauce.
