While 23 isn't a milestone like #21 was, it's still a day to celebrate. Treat yourself to a Vegas or San Diego getaway weekend. You earned it, right?

Have a masquerade. It may not have to be so elaborate, but you can just get you and your friends together and try to come up with the most creative/artistic mask. Then throw a party with a talent show. Then just have fun! I'm sure there are tons of places in the O.C where you can bring your masks to and dance into the morning! Just be with people you love being with and celebrate together!! Happy birthday! :0)
