Need ideas for a carnival theme for my 7 year old birthday?!

Question: my carni family has said... set up games like they have at the carnivals. Throw the ball at the stack of milk bottles, Gold fish ring toss or ping pong throw, make a skee ball game. Have tickets for the winners and then prizes they can get with the tickets.

Corn dogs, cotton candy, snow cones, popcorn and caramel apples. How fun!

For my son's 7th birthday, I hired a jumping castle, a clown and a face-painter. We had a sausage sizzle, toffee apples, and lots of other bad food.
