Do you have any apples? Make a quick apple crisp and cut the time in half. Peel 2 or 3 granny smith apples, slice med-thin. cook in a pan with butter, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of vanilla, and nutmeg. Pre-heat oven to 300-325. Fill muffin pans... YES muffin pans with warm apples. In a seperate bowl take some sweet butter, not to soft , 1/3 cup of flour and crumble it together. NOT mushy, crumblly! put on top of the apples and bake until, the top is 12-16min. cooked. Yummie, have it with whip cream, ice cream, maybe some chocolate syrup.
