It really depends on the festival. If it's an art festival or something along those lines I would say probably not. But if it's a farm festival or a festival that is selling other food products then H3LL YES. Everyone likes corn. Try to maybe jazz it up a bit. My friend is a farmer and sell his stuff at the GreenMarkets in NY. When he sells his potatoes he puts them in a nice plastic container and adds a head of garlic and a sprig of rosemary. Charges a wee bit more but they sell like hot cakes. Try maybe adding a sprig of some herb and tell them to put the herb under the husk and grill it. Or you could print up some recipes using the corn on small pieces of paper. Like a certain recipe for herbal butter or fresh corn salsa.. It would be a nice gesture and it only cost you some time and paper. Good luck.

I love corn, but it gets stuck in your teeth and that can be embarrassing so I don't tend to buy them off stalls, I usually have them at home. How about doing jacket potatoes with a couple of choices of filling?

I for one would stop and buy some. I love corn on the cob.

I would and do, do it, its a great idea, you wont believe the people who will buy.

depends on the price.

If I feel confortable in your stand, because I see that you are growing or its local & fresh I am willing to pay 4 or even 3 for a dollar. Its this low only because large supermarkets sell them at 10-25 cents a piece.

People do buy cooked corn on the cob at festivals, especially if it is sprinkled with a spicy seasoning mix.

Even better would be corn chowder, especially for a fall festival.

I'm assuming you are not just thinking of selling raw corn like a farm stand. That won't be popular at a festival because people won't want to lug around a bag of corn.

Well, I don't know where you'd put up that stand, but if it's possible, I'D SURELY BE THERE!! I LOVE corn!! Especially sweet corn!!
