Question about baby shower?!
Answers: Well my sister is starting to plan my baby shower and she decided that we should have a brunch type thing at a banquet center...which I think would be really neat. My question is what kind of foods do cater's usually have for brunches?
Well the person ordering the caterer will get a choice of which foods will be served. At my champagne brunch wedding reception, we had fruit and vegetable display, smoked salmon and bagels, roast beef slicing station, waffle and omelet station. Assorted sides and salads.

usually the hostess chose based on budget quiche fruit salad nice muffins assorted danish scrambled eggs all do well in a steam table eggs french toast done bread pudding style also works nice think light little sandwiches usually the meat is very light cheese assortment is popular but my pick is always quiche fruit salad and whole grain rolls
