What would I serve at a real Yorkshire tea? How does it differ from an English tea? What time would I serve?!

Yorkshire tea is a blend of tea, I think you mean afternoon tea served at 4.00pm with fine cakes

Yorkshire tea is the best tea in England however

Yorkshire tea tastes better when it's made with Yorkshire water.

Although I'm from Yorkshire I have never heard of a Yorkshire tea (as in an event) but I guess you could serve Yorkshire curd tart.
