I made enough sales to buy Pampered Chef knife set from a party I hosted. Should I buy Henckles instead?!

I was always awed by the quality of the Henckels's brand knife and decided to finally take the plunge and shell out the money. There is absolutely no comparison to the crappy knives I got at Target 2 years ago. I did research discovered that this particular set is a well worth the price and that there are several higher quality Henckel models whose cost is into the thousands.

The new pampered chef knives are awesome. Better then most knives I have seen and used. I know some professional chefs that use and prefer pampered chef knives (the forged steel ones). The one I have I use almost daily. And I have sold many of them.

But the choice is clearly yours. It has to be what knife you feel is the best. What kind of warranty will you get off the henckles vs pc?
