Donut Game?!

It would have to be something portable because we'll be playing in a concrete area so something like a clothes line on a tree wouldn't work.

You need something like the big umbrella base they have at coffee shops, something like this:

It′s something portable and just put some sticks and tie the string and you will have the clothes line look, but anywhere you want
Could you get a couple of dress racks and either tie strings from them or between them?

My mom did this for me when I was little. I think she took a closet pole and just held it on one end while someone else held it on the other end. Or you could rest it on two chairs while someone makes sure it doesn't fall.
