Good Place in Orlando to have a Company X-Mas Party?!

Question: I am in charge of finding a venue for our x-mas party in Orlando, FL for about 35 people... We have about 3k to spend and are looking for an interesting place to have the party, somewhere visually stimulating that offers a good time, bar, etc...we would like for catering to be included, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

I am not from the Orlando area so I don't know many places but what about PLEASURE ISLAND at WDW or the Disney MARKET PLACE? Sorry I couldn't be more help.
