What is an inexspenisve way to throw a suprise party for someone?!
Answers: My boyfriend is turning 21, we both are volunteers at a church. I have a budget of about 100 dollars. :/ Any ideas?
What places do you have available to throw the party? You could use a facility (such as your Church Hall) for free and decorate with some inexpensive things at the dollar store, grab a box of frozen burgers at Costco (and yes, they're good) and ask other people to bring sides. Chips, dip, drinks etc.
Or, you could rent a room at a local Steakhouse and buy your man a steak dinner!

use a friend or family members basement or house. in the invitations ask in lieu of gifts please bring an appetizer and BYOB.

If he is turning 21 you h ave to have some kind of alcohol, so at least get some beer.
Bowling. Rent a few lanes at a bowling alley. Invite friends who can be there waiting and bring him there for a night of pizza, beer and bowling.
