get a hall somewhere, get an awesome DJ and maybe rent some dancers. there are these guys around here that use balls of fire and they rave dance with them, it's the coolest thing I've ever seen! make some goodie bags for your guests with a $5 gift card in there to Starbucks or something, and some other little items. have lots of yummy appetizers and maybe do a dance off or something fun.

Get a big ball room, cool attractions (dancers, performers, famous people) whatever....that's all i have lolz...I'm poor.
