I have no idea what curd and rice is, but the beauty of potluck is that you make what you like to eat and share your recipes with those who like it as well. If they don't like it there are plenty of other dishes for them to taste, and they always have their own, that they should ; ) like.

Sure, bring whatever you want. Sounds good.

I don't know what that is but feel free to bring whatever you want! that's the beauty of potluck dinners, it's a variety of things you don't normally have!

At potlucks, you are supossed to bring different types of dishes. What you made was perfectly approprite.

potlucks are about bringing what ever u want from ur culture..

Girl bring what you want

take whatever, no worries

Curd, as in cheese curds? Cheese and rice casseroles are great additions to potlucks, but you might want to branch out. There are some great cookbooks available for casseroles and potluck dishes. Here are some of the things I bring:

1. Fruit tray
2. Cheese platters with crackers
3. Hot artichoke and crab dip with blue corn tortilla chips
4. Chicken and rice
5. Enchilada casserole
6. Lasagne
7. Chili Rellenos casserole
8. Spaghetti
9. Salami rollups
10. Flatbread sandwiches with turkey, green chili, cream cheese, and lettuce.
11. Italian chopped salad
12. Dessert
