A chocolate menu can be great, as long as everthing is not covered in chocolate sauce. In fact, Chocolate menus are very popular for tea time. Even the the tea has hints of chocolate.

I think it's a great idea, especially for your event. I think a full chocolate menu is fine, however some might not like chocolate or may even be allergic, so I would think about an alternative for these people. Also, too much chocolate can get boring, make sure you keep it interesting... blending the chocolate with different flavors and fruits.
