baby quiches, made in mini muffin tins or bought frozen
cheese ball and crackers
little smokies in bbq sauce
brownies, cut small
fruit kabobs on toothpick (variety of fruit)

Boody Mary's??

Jewelry shows inspire me to think of something elegant to serve. Or at least easy to manage on a paperplate held on your lap! Here are some ideas:

1. Cocktail smokies wrapped in crescent rolls and served with mustard or bbq sauce.
2. Prawns on ice with slices of lemon and cocktail sauce served in a hollowed out green or yellow bell pepper.
3. Hot artichoke and crab dip with blue corn tortilla chips
4. Meatballs served in a hollowed out bread bowl with marinara on the side.
5. Cheese platter with a variety of cheeses from brie to manchenga to farmers to cambozola served with artisan crackers and breads and garnished with crisp green and red globe grapes.
6. Cured meats, such as sopressata, fennel salami, cappicola etc. served with pepperoncini, Italian olives, and sliced baguette.
7. Baked ham, glazed, for slicing and served with mini orange marmalade muffins and sweet butter.
8. Brownie bites, oatmeal cookie bites, white chocolate raspberry bars, and lemon squares.

Make sure you have plenty of chilled water and perhaps make a punch that has a pretty ice ring floating in the middle of it. You can slice lemons and take lemon leaves to center in your ice mold and pour over flavored sparkling water to enhance your punch. Sparkling cider is a nice addition that is also elegant served in plastic flutes.

shrimp ,cheese n crackers,baby smokies...have fun

Beringers white zinfendel wine, cheese and cracker tray with grapes, veggie tray with ranch dip, and finger rolls and low fat chips. That should do very nicely..have fun.
