Baby shower gift - what can I make with mini candy bars?!

Question: We're playing the game where you melt the mini candy bar in the diaper, so the winner will get the rest of the candy bars, but I'm stuck on presentation. I don't just want to give them a gift bag of candy bars. Thanks for your ideas!

Oh! I remember making little trains out of pieces of [wrapped] candy with my mom when I was younger...for passing out as treats on my birthday. :-D

Candy leis wrap the candy in saran wrap like a Tootsie roll and then tie the candys together with pretty ribbon.

We made a wreath out of candy bars on x-mas. We took a styroform weath and gluded the little bars on it, it was cute
