Fun holiday party activites for an office party...?!

Question: I'm planning our office party! we are a group of 28 with guests, and are a fun young group. We are going to a nice dinner, in a private room and are already doing a gift swap...any ideas?
Ages range from 28-47!

You have to have the karaoke at the end of the party, when everyone has had a bit much to drink. But before that you can play charades (make two teams) or pictionary. And before that you can play pin the horns on the boss (it′s all in good fun, hopefully he or she won′t mind)...
But mainly be sure everyone has plenty of drinks... veryone loosens up at office parties..
