Sounds like a fancy evening...

Location-Approach one of your favorite restaurants, (where they will recognize your face), if they would be able to rent out a party/banquet room or if it would be possible to rent a portion of the restaurant, if no room is available.

Food-Assuming you are able to have your party at a restaurant, food shouldn't be too challenging. You will be able to seek assistance from one of their chefs, or event/banquet coordinators. Of course, one thing that should definitely be on the dessert menu are Black & White cookies!

Activities-After some booze is flowing, there's no reason to discount "Pin the tale on the donkey"...but until then you may want to think more adult. Raffles are always fun. Who doesn't like "free" stuff. Depending on the crowd, you can give away fun "ADULT" gifts, or for a more subdued group you can go with pill boxes or a 2008 Yearly Planner.

Hope this helps. Happy party planning.

Food: Maybe caviar and cheeses? Olives?

Did you said THIS FRIDAY? and you don't have a location??
OMG!

Well for food anything Oreo would work ;)

Clothing - there is actually a shore called White House|Black Market which only sells black & white stuff.

food:search in internet.i believe there must be a recipe that could suit your party.
