I don't think the Swedish Fish could understand a damned thing a Scot says, especially after a few swigs of Cutty Sark.
So no.

And an aperitif would be enjoyed before a meal not after.

It's called a digestif after the meal.

Just so you know, Cutty Sark is not an aperitif, it's an 80 proof liquor, Scotch. Do't think it's an after dinner sweet drink/
