Any good suggestions for 80's party?!

Question: I'm having my 5th annual 80's party in a few weeks and just wondered if there were any other things we can do during the party. We always have 80's music going and play a trivia game, there's a contest for best dressed and we play another prize game as well. I have lots of food and drinks, anything else interesting we can do?

you put a whole bunch of objects in a Paper Bag. And then split everyone one up into like 4 teams and then they have to act out a 80s movie or scene of something from the 80s and everyone else guesses. EX.
In a paper bag you placed pink dress, a disco ball, and a skinny tye. It could be dirty dancing or Pretty in Pink or something..See its fun. no one knows whats in the bag til its opened.

What about changing the party to... 70s party? Different music, different food, different clothes...

Bring a beer ball!

play twister!

I would go with Madonna in Desperately Seeking Susan (80s movie) -- black bustier, black pants, kind of big hair with a ribbon/headband, fingerless lace gloves, lots of bangles, big cross necklace, Rayban wayfarer sunglasses (can probably get look-alikes at the DollarStore), funky little bolero type jacket.. I'll try to find a photo... Have fun! And see the movie

80's entertainers trivia, music, b-rate actors from the 80's,
Best Molly Ringwald costume. Highest hair contest. sounds like fun. can I come?

That sounds like ALOT of fun. Do you have Atari? Whip out some Pong and play! Have The Breakfast Club or Pretty In Pink playing on a TV.

Rent a few 80's movies and have them playing in various spots through the house.

We once had a retro party where everyone brought a food they hated as a kid. It was a blast, as it turns out that almost every food that someone hated was a favorite food of someone else.
