Party Themes?!
Answers: Does anyone know of any more original or fun party themes?
There are so many ideas. What about picking a letter and themeing around that. For example the first letter of your name. You could have food that starts with that letter and costumes as well.Be creative. Your name starts with "B" so food could be Banana Fritters, Baked Potatoes, Biscuits, Bacon Pizza. Drinks could be Bloody Mary, Blue Lemonade etc.
Another Theme could be a colour. This makes dressing up easier as you only need to wear the colour chosen. Food could also be themed around this as their are lots of different coloured food. And just for fun ordinary food could be dyed with food dye (dyeing yogurt green for a dip for kids etc).
It depends on what time of day the party is and for what age group but these are just a couple of ideas.
Food themed parties-pick an ethnic food, cheese n wine, desert feast, etc
Era-twenties, barouque, victorian, middle ages
Famous people-President dress up, KISS, Movie Stars
Stereotypes: Disco dancer, cowboys, computer geek
Sports teams
I think that at any age if you pick you favorite disney movie and have a party around that it's fun. Like my friend had a Alice in Wonderland party. She was the Queen of Hearts of course, she picked her royal court and everyone dressed up as characters from the movie.
