Who would you like / hate to have over to dinner?!

Question: If you could choose the most handsome / beautiful, the wittiest, cleverest, kindest person to have dinner with (from any time past or present), who would you choose and why?

Alternatively - who would you never give table-room to and why?

I would like to have Elvis Presley over for dinner. I love peanut butter and banana sandwiches. I would hate to have Rachael Ray over for dinner because I wouldn't be able to eat. I would be too busy trying to get into her pants.

I would love to have dinner with Jane Austen. I would hate to have dinner with Osama Bin Laden...I would have to murder him myself!

Umm i would have dinner with Jennifer Aniston

I would hate to have dinner with Paris Hilton :)

I can sum it up with one person whom I'd like to meet, but hate. Thomas Keller. I'd love to talk to him one on one and tell him all the horrific stories I've heard about him, or what he's doing to Yountville. And I would cook for HIM and if he critiqued me, I'd give him a piece of my mind. But I'd be nice about it, and pick his brain about how he became successful.

Can it be a couple?
I suppose the most fascinating candidate, (coz I enjoy good conversation with a meal), would be Jesus. But I'd insist that he'd bring along Mary Magdalene, so that he could feel relaxed and they could speak freely as a team.

The conversation would probably go on all night and into the next days, so we'd have to recycle the meal of loaves and fishes and good red wine so that the meal would last.

I'd want to know what all the fuss was about, and why their clear and simple philosophy was so difficult to understand at the time. And, does he have any good jokes?
Then, of course, I'd want to know who his real dad was.....
Fascinating!

Funny, I can't think of only one person that I wouldn't share my table with.......there are just too many! Let's just say that I wouldn't host a banquet for a bunch of american right wingers.
No; not in my space!
