If you went to a dinner party & were offered a dish you had never tried...?!

Question: would you taste it even if it sounded strange and not very appealing?

Answers: would you taste it even if it sounded strange and not very appealing?

Probably, just to say you've tried it and it would probably please your host who worked hard to try and please you. Just a little nibble though, in case I didn't like it :)

if you've never HEARD anything bad about it and others r eating it, give it a try.

if not, then forget it. you could even throw up.

no

just a nibble, if you really don't want it say your allergic.

Yup. Its exciting

the person offering the dish should always be able to tell you what is in the dish. if they can you know what you like or can eat and if they cant then say something that wouldn't hurt their feelings like it looks good but no thanks.

Thanks for the explanation on the shoes cute.... anyway I would take it put it on my plate smile take a small bite smile again so oh very interesting and if it's not good when no one is looking sneak and spit it in to you napkin don't forget to smile and be cool about i have did before just stay cool

I would be honest and say, "Well I've never tried it before so can I just have a taste"? It's thanks to this attitude that I first tried Middle Eastern food which I now love so I always try new things.

NO.

Yes I would give it a try.

I'd ask for just a little, and compliment it if I liked it and say something vague if I didn't

Only if MiLady told me to.

Of course. I am an adventurous eater.

No, more than likely not.
The food has to at least be appealing in order for me to try it out. Tasting new foods is not a problem, just as long as it looks decent.
