Shared Birthday?!
I decided this year to throw my cousin a big bash since she didnt have the birthday party she wanted last year. I also wanted to include Kris, since their birthdays are on the same day. How can I incorporate these two parties? Is it even a good idea to do so? I want to an Egyptian theme for this party. Any ideas or opinions? Thanks!
Answers: My favorite cousin and her bgf (who is also my bgf) share the same birthday. Last year I had to make a tough choice about who's party to go to, since they both decided to have their parties on the same day at different locations. I choose to go to my cousin's, since no one else was going to hang with her and Kris had an onslaught of ppl at her party.

I think that's a great idea and you have a wonderful heart
for wanting to do this.
All the reasons behind it are obvious and I think other guests will agree and understand combining a party because of the tough situation.
An Egyptian theme is original and sounds like fun. How about having everybody dress the part? Have some supplies on hand for those who would like to participate after they see how people actually do.
You may also want to put in the invites "No Gifts Please". This is so neither Birthday person gets a landslide of gifts while the other doesn't get many since no doubt there will be guests that know only one girl and not the other.
Not knowing the age fo the Honorees, I can't suggest foods.
