What are you favorite colors? Pick your four favorite colors... and hang streamers all around the room from corner to corner like across, much :) tons of balloons everywhere, pictures of you from 0-13 everywhere. for a craft take pictures and college them onto a big poster board: have everyone sign it!!!!! :) Super Fun! =] And a decoration. Get glittery things! Like metallic! So colorful and shiny =D partycity.com

happy pre birthday

first come up with the colors, like silver and purple... get baloons , hang streamers, have a good mix of music, creative non-alcoholic drinks, like virgin apple martini's with umbrellas, some group games, if it's just girls, you can make eachother over(hair, makeup, facials) a strobe or disco light,, food platter(veggiie tray, lunch meat platter, chips and dip, pizza). just have fun :) come up with neat invitations and everyone loves party favors.

We call it a guess what party.Prepare trays of different finger snacks(the more different ones the better) and drinks.Divide into teams of 2 and give each team a blindfold. One person is the "giver" and one is the "taker"
They take turns guessing the foods and are awrded points. Then they switch roles and do it again.Reward the top 3 teams with small personal gifts for prizes.
