13th birthday party!?!

Question: im having my thirteenth birthday party in like two weeks.
it is a sleepover party and i invited about 14 girls

i need some really good ideas for party favors
- i found these chinese takeout containers at a craft store that i was going to use, but i wasnt sure what to put it them and i might not even buy them
- like what should i put in the boxes. and if i cant get them (since i probably wont be allowed to) what else can i use as a party favor

what foods should i make
i was gonna make petits fours (like mini cakes instead of a big cake).
and i found a punch recipe (but the punch might be too much work) so i might just buy some bottles of soda

my other friend just had her sleepover party yesterday and she kinda stole alotta my ideas that i told her i was having for mine, so i cant really have them anymore..

i was thinking of having like those hotdogs in that jelly thing but idk..
so please tell me any ideas u have for food, party favors, games, etc.

Thanks!

Give your party a music theme and the games and activities will practically plan themselves. Play Name That Tune, do some Karaoke, have a Dance Contest, and host a Trivia game in keeping with the theme. For more ideas, check out GAMES PEOPLE PLAY in the Party411 Bookstore.
If you need Dares for a Truth or Dare game, try some of these from my book, KIDS' PARTY GAMES AND ACTIVITIES, available in the Party411 Bookstore. 1. Act like a famous movie star, 2. Lip-sync a rock song, 3. Dress backwards, 4. Say a ten-word sentence in reverse, 5. Call you mom and apologize for the last bad thing you did, 6. Eat something you hate like broccoli, 7. Tell a secret you've never shared before, 8. Dance the latest dance to a whole song, 9. Put makeup on without looking, 10. Act out the name of a movie. That should get you started.
Tape record a bunch of commercials from TV, being sure not to record the name of the product. Space them out a bit on the tape with some blank tape in between, then play the tape back at the party and let them all race to guess the name of the product. You can do this with video tape if you prefer, and play the tape back on your VCR. You can also tape record bits of TV shows instead of commercials, for fun.
You could play a variation on Pin the Tail on the Donkey, or using felt-tip pens and a large body outline of yourself, have them do your surgery - with their EYES CLOSED! Then pass around "body parts." Place food items, such as two peeled grapes for eyes, popcorn kernels for teeth, an apricot half for the liver, and so on, then have everyone feel inside paper bags and try to guess what they are really feeling, as you identify them as body parts! Good luck with your surgery! have them try to guess what they are feeling.
How about "Dangers in the Dark!" Cover Player 1's eyes with a blindfold. Have remaining players create an obstacle course in the game room. When the room is booby-trapped, give each player an index card and have them stand next to or behind an obstacle. Move Player 1 to the starting point, and tell him or her to collect a card from each player in the room as he moves along the obstacle course. Turn out the lights, then tell the players to call Player 1 to come and get the index card. Player 1 must follow their voices to find them as quickly as possible, while being careful to avoid the obstacles in the room. Mark the time it took to collect the cards, then let another player try a new course. The player with the shortest time wins a prize!

Cook over medium heat about 3 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt. Use a pancake turner to heat the other side. Repeat with the remaining tortillas, refried beans, and cheese. Cut each quesadilla into 6 triangles. Serve with salsa, if you like. Serves four._____________

Party favors could be: mini make-up products(samples), hair products, facial products, nail products. You could take pics & make sure each girl gets one to take home.

Well for your party favors you could do put like some nailpolish or some lp gloss and some candy in the container. For food you could do a bbq sorta thing or you could just order pizzas. and as for the punch if it's going to be too much you can cut the recipe in half. For games it would be fun if you did like a scavenger hunt aroung your neighborhood and at night you can play truth or dare and possibly watch or movie or you guys could just dance around!!!
I hope that you have a great time!!!

Party favors: Nail Polish, Chapstick//lipgloss, bubble gum, makeup bags

Im in love with those cocktail wenier thingys for food i would also recomend pigs in a blanket fruit and veggie trays chips and dip and hershy kisses

*i hope your a girly girl 'cause thats what all my ideas are for!

Also go to your public library and get the sleepover book it has tons of great ideas!

a nice party-favor would be a very nice pictureframe, that is very cute and girly, u could even decorate it yourself if u want and write things on it with fancy writing or with little stickers or glitter, and write "friends forever" or u can write their name or something like that, then you can put a pic of all of you guys in it, or a pic with u and that girl in it, so that they can keep it in their bedrooms or locker or something, because it is something that u can keep forever.
i think that this is a better idea than makeup, because with makeup, most of the time, u use it once, than never again, plus most people already have their own makeup, or they dont want to use cheap makeup, LOL....
but if u want, u can add some nice tasting lipgloss if u want
but i would definitely do the picture frame thing, because its something u can bring to college or look at and remember all of the fun times u had together...

as for activities, u can bake together, thats always fun
then u can watch some movies, any kind u want, like chickflicks, horror, comedy...etc.

lets see...some really yummy birthday food are tostitos pizza rolls, LOL
cookies
cupcakes
maybe even mini milkshakes with brownies
chips
finger sandwiches
finger jello
smoothies
icecream

and heres another activity....
u can have a mani-pedi party where u give each other manicures and pedicures, while putting cucumbers on ur eyes and facial masks, so its like a little spa

and if its hot where u live, u can play with waterballoons or a slip-and-slide, LOL

hmm....
u can also go out, shopping or something
and take pictures with each other, that's always fun

anyways, thats what i can think of right now, but if u want any more ideas, just ask me!

you should try to have in your party favors like lip glosses and some girly stuff. idk my birthday was long time ago. well what kind of theme is it going to be? its ur idea. and it is ur b-day! order pizza. ORIGINAL!!!!! ideas are always the best.
