Sure you can, it's your party. I think a Chinese theme sounds fun. Paper lanterns, Silk printed fabrics, Chinese food..Sounds Great, Also you can use dragons, umbrellaa, chop sticks etc..
You can do watever you want to do. With a chinese party you can tell the boys to where karate suits and girls to wear kimonos. Just be creative. You're never to old to have a dress up party. Then you can have your local chinese place to cater, and after you eat you should save the fortune cookies for last, have everybody open theirs and say their fortune out loud. Then you can watch a movie like Rush Hour. And play games like Chinese Checkers and stuff. But whatever you do HAVE FUN!!!! See I'm thirteen so I'm just gonna give it to ya straight up. But have fun.
