Make sure to have a little music playing before everyone gets there.. Have some munchies and drinks ready. Show them where they'll be sleeping so they can put their stuff down. Offer them some munchies and a drink. Hand them a piece of paper with a number on it, but if they ask what it's for tell them they have to wait until everyone arrives. When everyone gets there, have a bowl full of numbers (how ever many people brought a movie and a game) and then draw a number to see who's movie or game you'll be watching/playing first. Later, Be sure to tell some ghost stories, (with most of the lights off).

i would watch a movie everyoine loves movies like have everyone bring there favorite movie

play a game so that if anyone doesnt know someone then they can get to know them

put some good music on, that breaks the shyness at a party.. then eat and watch a movie, play games that your age level is good.... play make over's, everyone does someone else's hair or nails, happy birthday and have fun

start buy doing something fun together, find a fun board game where you have to be loud and shout out answers or something. pictionary is a good one, but I'm sure there are a ton of good games.

Start off with an activity immediately. A quite activity might be a good idea until people get comfortable with each other. Like "What is my favorite..........." Write a list of questions that people who know you might know. Color, food, boy you like, band/singer/song, restaurant, class, teacher, etc. You get the point. Once people have finished have them call out the answers. Ask them questions back like why would you think that about me? It's interactive after your quite time. You might want to have some sodas and chips while people are doing this.

This party game site has a section for break the ice games that you can start the party off with. look at them all and I'm sure you'll find something appropriate.
