What are some foods ideas for a High School Musical birthday party?!

Question: We are having the cake, chips, dip, drinks, ice cream but what else would be good? After the main party we are gonna have a winier and marshmellow roast.

a cake shaped like a microphone
the pkates and nnapkins can have high school musical on it
and you can have High school musical kareoke

Chips and cookies and drinks for sure.

Add some wings and quesedias (spelling) and chocolate type treats. Roteo dip would be an excellent choice with meatballs, cheese and cracker, meat tray or a tray from Chick Fil lay is pretty good too

That sounds like a ton of junk food.
Make a fruit pizza with a crepe crust - fruit and dream whip sauce and fresh fruit toppings.....Yummy....

That sounds good i can't think of anything else you could really have.

you cant go wrong with pizza.
you could also have cookies shaped like music notes.
even chili cheese nachos like sharpay gets on her top in the cafeteria scene.
blue gatorade, like the 'iced tea' in high school musical 2 that sharpay drinks- they actually used blue gatorade in the filming of the movie. you could put it in cute glasses with little umbrellas.

you cant go wrong with pizza.
you could also have cookies shaped like basketballs and music notes.
maybe some nachos with chilli chese like when sharpay gets dumped on her in the cafeteria scene.
you could put ice tea like sharpay has in the fabulous scene and put it in cute glasses with little umbrellas and lemons.
and um i like cupcakes with ranbow sprinkles...
and cookies and browiness are very good to jus have when ur wit friends.

One of my gretiest dishes! Try this: Take a flat dish with a little bit of depth or a bowl and put sour cream on the bottom, than on the enxt layer put salsa ( preferably Tositoes), then on the top put shredded cheese. You can add other things such as minced green peppers on the cheese, but thats the standard of the recipe. Then all you need is those Tositios sipping chips. You and the guests will love it!! I call it the "Life of the Party" recipe

How about an ice cream bar? Where you get all kinds of toppings, etc and let the kids build their own sundaes? Or, depending upon the number of kids, have them make their own ice cream. If it is a girl's party, depending on the age beween 10-12, I would suggest a game called Kiss the Boy. You get a poster or two of the high school musical hunks and tape them to the wall. Then get different colored lipsticks and blindfold each girl. Twirl them around. Then have them try to kiss the boy. Who ever gets closest wins the poster (with all lip prints included) it was great at our party

Finger foods of any sorts is good. Vegetable and fruit platters are always healthy and yummy. Nuts, crackers and cheese platters are good too.

BBQ chicken or cut up fried chicken could be good. Have each person bring in some chicken to share the cost. . Veggies and dip are good. Crakers and cheese, fruit like grapes and orange slices are good too. Some could be diabetic or dieting.

strawberry's whip cream appetizers, sorry thats all i have. all i can say is have fun and be save going home ok

cookies seen as though sharpay likes those cookies that dude or his mum or sumfin made!

LOL

Sounds good so far! What about american style food like a basket of curly fries, hot dogs with the mustard and ketchup squeezy dispensers...I like the sound of the microphone cake, thats a really good idea!
