What are some good recipes for an OSU football party?!

Question: We are having a party this weekend and it seems that it is going to be pretty packed. So far we have:
Pigs in a Blanket
Taco Cake (like 7 layer dip)
Stadium Cake (an actual cake)
Hot Dog Pizza
Chips and Salsa/guac.
Buckeyes
Helmet Cookies
Brats and Burgers

so any suggestions and recipes?

You could always do some bbq mudhens... heheheh

What about the drinks being served? Have you tried doing something different in a punch or maybe a selection of fruit juices that can augment the usual beer & wine combos...

Also, what about a touchdown winning salad? Man does not lve by carbs alone...

Roasted Wolverine is a Fan Favorite !

Go Buckeyes !!!!!

You could upgrade the chips and salsa to nachos - for a variation, use pulled pork as the meat and place on top of tortilla chips and add cheese, bake for 10 minutes - and top with whatever you like - tomatoes, scallions, etc - serve with salsa and sour cream.

Go Bucks!

tortillla pinwheels
flour tortillas
cream cheese
salsa
cheese
any type of meats if desired
any veggie chopped fine if desired

lay tortilla out spread cream cheese thin layer out and top
with thin layers of your choice
roll up tight wrap individ in saran wrap
make as many as you want REFRIG at least overnight
(I do this 1-3 days advance)
then out of frig and slice horizontally and
place in plastic containers and ENJOY your game!!!
another one that is good and non-messy
is mix 2 bricks cream cheese, salsa, grated cheese
mild green canned chilis sliced, and you have a great
salsa dip without the mess

Do a pasta salad, go to the grocery store and get the Buckeyes shaped Pasta.

What about a potato salad, a pasta salad, cocktail meatballs, chicken wings, fruit platter...or if you are looking for more 'actual food' ideas, what about a pot of chili, stew, or soup, pulled bbq,...if you need more ideas or recipes please just email me. I am more then happy to help in any way. Good Luck.
