Savouries (Baby pies).
Mince.
Bacon and egg.
Fish.
Potato Top.
Line your greased muffin pan with puff pastry and add the filling of your choosing and add pastry lids.
Brush with milk.
Bake at 160C for about 40minutes, until the tops are golden.

They can be made in advance to reheat at the appropriate time, or make another dozen and put them in the freezer.

Slow-cooked meatballs are the best party food. Chicken wings too.

I have a few ideas, my first and best being -
Crab Cups
mayo, cream cheese, green onions, crabmeat, garlic powder -mixed together and placed in wonton wrappers that have been placed in muffin tins. Bake until edges barely brown.
OR
Maybe you could try some Lil' Smokies. You can serve browned a bit or add bbq sauce and eat with toothpicks.
Or artichoke hearts wrapped in bacon and baked. (you can wrap a multitude of things in bacon...pineapple chunks, water chestnuts, a few green beans, large rod pretzel sticks, etc...)
Hot Wings....celery...blue cheese or ranch dressing
Pizzas
vegetable plates and dips

nachos

Taquitos, mini tacos, mini quesadillas
