Load some frozen (pre-cooked) meatballs into a crock pot. Add a small jar of grape jelly and a bottle of bar-b-que sauce. Heat in crock pot 2-3 hours, stirring once or twice. You can eat these with toothpicks, forks, or on a sandwich roll.

If you want to cook some easy things heres a couple of recipe's below:
Heavenly Fruit Dip
1 c. pineapple juice ? c sugar
1 egg, beaten 1 c. Cool Whip (8oz.)
2 T flour
Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and cook until smooth and thick. Cool completely, then fold into Cool Whip. Chill. Use any type of fruit for dipping.
BAR-BE-CUPS
? lb. hamburger 1 (8 oz) can refrigerator biscuits
? c. barbecue sauce ? c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
1 T. instant minced onion
Brown hamburger and drain. Add barbecue sauce and onion. Set aside. Place 1 biscuit in each ungreased muffin cup. Press dough up the sides to the edge of the cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bate at 400 deg for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
LEMONADE PIE
for 1 pie you need:
1 graham cracker crust
1/2 of a small can of pink lemonade,
1/2 can of small eagle brand milk (I think there is only one size)
small carton of coolwhip.
mix all ingredients and put into pie crust, chill and serve
potato skins, maybe spinach & artichoke dip with crackers...cheese ball....jalapeno poppers (with cheddar & cream cheese)...
You can mix cheddar cheese (velveeta works well) a pkg of taco seasoning & shredded chicken. Mix and cook until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips. (a snack crock pot works like a charm for this)
Meatballs in either marinara or in brown gravy...
My husband really likes Onion Roll-ups....you trim dark green tops off of scallions (green onions) take roast beef lunch meat, smear with a healthy dose of cream cheese and wrap around the green onion...if you don't like onions...you can use sliced deli ham & thin sliced pickles.
fried ravioli....take cheese ravioli (thawed if frozen) and dip in buttermilk...fry in 1/4 cup oil until golden brown...sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese and marinara on the side for dipping. It's not too difficult...but not real quick unless you can use a kitchen.
Of course pizza, chicken, hot wings, lil smokies. Now these are all greasy.
The cards might get a little dirty. You can do mini sandwiches. Just a suggestion.
1. Rice Chex mix (pre made)
2. Sliced baked ham for sandwiches, paired with a Rosemary Potato bread, good mustard, and some great cheese such as manchenga or havarti.
3. Chili Cheese Dip: 1 package softened cream cheese, 1 can of your favorite chunky chili, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced olives. Nuke in microwave until bubbling and serve with tortilla chips.
4. Foster Farms Teriyaki and/or Buffalo wings, heat in oven and serve with lots of napkins and beer!
5. Veges and ranch dressing
6. Chips and salsa or nachos with ground beef and cheese, baked in the oven.
7. Chicken quesadillas with Taco Bell Cheese melted in the middle.
8. Salami and cheese platter (sopressata, peppered salami, provolone, pepperoncini etc.)
9. Pizza, hot and fresh
10. KFC if all else fails
