invite me!

I recomend you invite me because it just feels so empty without me!!! Just fly by the seat of your pants, who knows what will happen, make stuff up as you go. Happy b-day and have fun even though you forgot me!

omg...i took my bf to a pool party and some of the skanks started taking their clothes off and he turned into a maniac. he was on my shoulders playing chicken and i think he was just trying to grab boobs instead of win.

definitely do structured games... that'll keep things going. try chicken... that's really fun in the water. also marco polo, haha. for a playlist try summery things since swimming = summer. a mix of upbeat songs and slow songs will give the party variety. GOOD LUCK!! sounds like a fun time = )

I dont have any really good answers but you've got to plan out the party because when you just say :go play! it desolves fast... its really fun when you play games that are really "dry land" games... here is a short list:

volleyball
marco polo
a relay race that enters the water (like swim to the end of the pool, get out, do 10 jumping jacks or sumthing! =)
Hope this helps!!!

Have a word like "birthday"(or your name), and when anybody says it ,the person who notices gets to take their drink!! I don't know how old you are, but if you are of age than it is a good way to get people talking and a good way to get people drinking. i know it sounds silly, but we did it at a friends party and it got people listening and talking to each other! Just the thought of being able to take someones drink was funny, and it got everyone paying attention to the conversations around them. You could pick a couple of words, or a word you know everyone is going to be saying alot. go ogle party games and you might be able to come up with a better idea..hope I helped!! For pool games there is always picking a word, and who ever losses has to go for a dip in the pool. Just get a piece if coloured rope or ribbon and as soon as the person says the word, they get to take the persons ribbon. the person with the most ribbons at the end of the night gets a prize!! You could have second and third place as well. It is not hard to do. Go to the wine store ( if you are of age, if not get a certificate for old navy or something for ten-twenty bucks) and the other two could be gag gifts. It won't take you long if you go to the dollar store to pick up the gag gifts and the ribbon.
Good luck, and...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

So, it's a swimming party.

Playlist: go to kissfm.com =] there is the currently played music if that helps at all (if thts the kind of music you like)

Games: Marco Polo, We played balloon volleyball :) and swimming sometimes just takes over things by itself :] which is good about a swimming party

If it's going downhill just pick it up, start a game, put on more upbeat music =D

All you need for the games is a few balloons (in case one pops) and Marco Polo you need nothing! Just make a few CDS today and the rest will work out :)

Have a great time. <3 Happy Birthday!

If there is one thing I find annoying is parties where the host dictates what everyone must do and when. Let your guests decide what they would like to do and what music they would like to hear. When they arrive warn them that they each must think of a party game.

At my last party I used my laptop to play the music and I asked guests to choose some songs from my files or to download a song that they would like to hear and add to the playlist. That was entertaining in itself as they stood around teasing each other over what songs they liked.

If the guests are all involved in making the decisions it takes the pressure off you and is more likely to be a success. It also means that you get to have fun instead of having to play host the whole time.
