Have a Spiderman party. You can do:

Stick the Spider On Spiderman Game
This game is played just like Pin the Tail on the Donkey.
With a sheet of poster board and a permanent black marker, draw a spider web. Make small paper spiders with construction paper, or plastic spiders. Use glue dots (craft store) or double stick tape to attach the spiders to
the web.

Spiderman's Web Walk:
Just like a cake walk with webs!
Cut circles from poster board. Use a permanent marker to draw spider webs. In the center if each web write a number 1-3. Make corresponding number cards as well. To play: Place the webs in a circle. Play Spiderman theme music (or any fun music) and have the children step from web to web.
When the music stops, draw one of the numbers from a bag. The players that are standing on the webs with that number, get a sticker or candy.
Play this game several times until every player has received a treat.

Venom Tag:
You can actually play this with any of the Spiderman villains...
A simple game of tag to release party energy is always a fun addition.
Select one player to be the villain. When the game begins the villain chases the other players. Once a player is tagged, they become the new villain.
Establish a safe place using black streamers, to make a web or simply
name a tree "Aunt May's house". This will be where the children go
when they need a rest. If possible, ensure the play is fair and that
all of the children are allowed a turn to be the villain. A party is no
place to have hurt feelings!

Spiderman Party Crafts:
Make spiders or webs using one of these suggestions:
Use black chenille stems (pipe-cleaners), a black pom-pom's and
plastic eyes. Cut two chenille stems to make 4 pieces. Twist the
pieces together to make eight legs. Glue the pom-pom to the center
and add the eyes. Craft glue or a hot glue gun (adult job) will be needed.
The kids can make several spiders by inserting toothpicks
into black gum drops.
Tooth picks and mini marshmallows will also make a fun spider treat.
Use black yarn, glue and paper to make a web.
Marble paint a web using black paint and paper.

Spiderman Cake:
Cupcakes would be perfect for this party! Frost with red frosting and make webs with a black decorating tube or shoestring licorice. Place a spider ring in on the web. Make sure you tell the kids the rings are not edible.

How about get a jumpy thing im sure there is a superhero one.....kids love them. And get some pizza and pop and play games and stuff/ and a super hero cake

well, one thing is DEFENITLY MAKE CUPCAKES OR CAKE,ask your son what he wants, and make sure you get balloons.

how about combing them all and have a super hero party!! At that age they still like to dress up and most games can be renamed so that they sound cool but hey they are four they will like just about anything.

since he likes batman , superman, and spiderman you should throw him a theme party with movies to watch of all the super heros that he likes.
