What's the difference between dressing and stuffing?!
Of course, some say that, logically speaking, stuffing would be what you put inside the bird, while dressing would be the kind cooked separately in a casserole. But if -- as is often the case -- it was all prepared in one batch, and the extra part that wouldn't fit in the bird was simply put in a separate casserole, that certainly shouldn't change the name, should it? And after all, you're really not "dressing" the turkey with it, but are eating it as a side dish.
Personally, I prefer "stuffing". And I put "dressing" on my salads.
Answers: As far as I know, they're the same thing, just called differently by different people. Like with cakes: do you ice them or frost them?
