All sort of bhajia's - onion, potato, cabbage, cauliflower, chillies, brinjal, paneer - whatever.

dosa wont come under junk food because it is the breakfast item in the morning with carbohydrate and protein not so much oily.

A friend of the family used to make this hot and spicy mix (along the lines of chex mix) with traditional Indian ingredients...it did have peanuts in it and they called it Chuda (sorry if the spelling is incorrect)...it was fantastic..

Chaat, behl puri, masala puri, aloo sev, pani puri, pakodas, dahi vada, pav bhaji, vada pav, gobi machurian, banana bajji, aloo bajji, bittergourd fry, fried groundnuts, namkeen, samosas, muruku, nippattu, kodu bale, flower cookies, khara boondi, mixture, veg cutlet, egg cutlet, prawn cutlet, chicken cutlet, veg puffs, chicken puffs, egg puffs, etc.
Furls is talking about Chewda which contains beaten rice fried in butter or ghee with roasted peanuts with salt or sugar added to it.

bhel, vadapav, dabeli, indian sandwich, puff, bhaji pav, dal-vada, bhajia, pani puri ....... got a lot more have no time 2 write
