Buy tortillas LA BANDERITA nothing else works as good. You will need meat, onions, tomato, green and red pepers. Cut the meat in stripes (enough for two people). first goes the oil at least 1/4 of cup, let it heat then throw the onion (1/2 to a whole onion), as soon as you can smell the good yummy flavor; trow the pepers (1/2 a pepper to a pepper and a1/2), when they start changing color or to look moist put the tomato (1 tomato cutted in squares) along with the meat, add salt or any other seasoning. (this takes some time for the flavor must mix up onions and peppers must be tender) Put another pan to heat, add some oil (half spoon), when hot throw the tortillas (6). lower to medium low heat, flip them after a minute or so, let them stand with low heat but keep flipping as needed. Cook them close to whem you are going to serve!
