I am a former chef and worked in the Far East, try either a fish store that sells to Asian communities or Carribean fish markets, they call it moonfish.
Some of the Asian stores may have it frozen to if not fresh, if your on the west coast your likely to have it fresh, we did when I worked in B.C Canada.
It is a smallish fish, fairly boney and is nice in a strong sauce or even smoked like the tea smoked duck from China.
Any good speciality food store.
