Lol My family is Italian and no one knew what I was asking for when I pronounced it that way. It wasn't until I was an adult I found out the proper spelling for capicola and procuitto (pru-zhute.)
It's capicola, similar to procuitto but hotter. Italians often leave the last vowel off a word when speaking, and some of the consonants have a softer sound, so it would sound like cabbah kol, or gabba goul.

So, I'm suspecting that Gabah's Gool means that Gabah has returned from the dead after being a TV soapie flop, and has found his way onto the Sopranos.
