Dried mint substitute?!

Question: I am making yogurt sauce for falafels, and it calls for dried mint. I just realized I don't have any. Is there anything I can use as a substitute? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Happy Holidays!!!

honestly... no! there is no way you can achieve the same taste w/ something else... however you can skip it for now... i most defiantly wouldn't try and replace it w/ anything... I think you'd come out w/ something that just wouldn't taste good... just make sure you have it on hand the next time you'll notice the difference :)

No... sorry! I don't think so at least... but personally, I wouldn't try to substitute because you could mess it up! You could always go out and buy some... Happy holidays and good luck with the recipe!

No, there is no substitue for mint. Though mint is very good in a yogurt sauce, seeing you don't have any, I'd try a bit of crushed cumin.
