What kind of tea do take-out chinese restaurants serve?!

Question: Chinese places 98% of the time serve Oolong Tea, on RARE occasions you might get green tea. Oolong tea is distinctly Chinese and probably has some national pride behind it.

Green tea is more of a Japanese thing so you will get it 98% of the time at Japanese restaurants. (Jasmine tea is just green tea with jasmine flowers)

Why the difference? The Chinese HATE the Japanese and probably wont serve the green tea since its associated with Japan. (Japan has occupied and invaded China several times)

Cheers,
