Has anyone heard of Lefsa?!

Question: I would like to know what you would wrap up inside, ie meats, jellies, My mom makes the wrap every year at Thanksgiving. I love to eat them just plain, but i need so ideas for what to fill them with.

I lightly butter one side, then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.. Roll it up, and it's a light dessert.

It's like a potato crepe. You can wrap almost anything in it including meat.
