My first chili experience was negative. It was poor quality meat, too many beans, no kick to it, and no side dishes. Later, I went to a chili cook-offs. My favorite ones now are Chicago style (white chili) and my family's (a mixture of pork and portabello mushrooms, light on the beans, lots of zest) served with rice, tortilla chips, and sour cream.

Texas chili

I love love love White Chicken Chilli as hot as you can get it!

chilly hurts me too much the next day :ox

Is this a trick question? The tittle made me thirsty.

when i first ate spicy food i didnt like it, but now i love it and especially love my chilli to spicy, my mom thinks i'm crazy cus before i used to hate how much chilli she put and now i use spicery chilli powder then her and love it! I love to put kraft american cheese in my chilli to cool it off and eat it with crakers.! my husband eats it with flatbread. i always make it with ground beef tomatos from the can and spicy chili beans as well as pinto beans and kidney beans, and tomato soup, and chilli powder! Yum.

I make my own.It has got to be hotttttt!!!Always cook your veggies first with alot of garlic ,chilli peps..etc then mix it all together.with your saucesLet it simmer for at least 4-5 hrs adding more spices as you go.

chili with chedder cheese is really good also with toast and cream cheese

meat beans and hot sause, rooster toung, good.

I love hormel chilli.

It should be just hot enough to break a sweat on your forehead. Any hotter than that spoils the taste and you are just trying to impress some other cretin.

My first experience with chili was too early in life to remember. Probably mom's good habenero chili. Very good with chopped onions and shredded cheese on top.

I like it con carne, no beans.

Chilly? How can you ask a question about CHILI when you can't even bother learning how to spell it?
