Question: Or is it just bulls*it

Answers: Or is it just bulls*it

look

Only on match days.

People eat deep fried candy bars in a lot of places. Here in Wisconsin it's a specialty at the State Fair. GAG!

i have heard that before

its true
not everyone though

i havent tried them

sadly yes they do
i am in Glasgow
you get them in chip shops
i have never tried one

yep

Yes they do...and other places like at my local chip shop in Adelaide Australia. Tastes great...you should try one before you knock it.

Yes they do. They sell them in chip shops in Glasgow.

Just as much as they do anywhere else.

they sure do although i think it was a faze about 12 years ago and not happening so much now

yep and you can akso get deep fried ice cream @;)

yep they sure do!! they're covered in batter and deep fried and they also do the same with pies and pizza - i've never tried it but some people love it. i'll just stick to fish and chips meself......

Unfortunatly, yes lol. & donteat them, i tried a bite once, its disgusting lol

not just in Scotland mate. they are really yummy, try one if you get the chance.

Must be a Glasgow thing. I'v never heard of or seen one in Dundee

i had the chance to sample 1 and they stopped doing them in northwest of uk as the choc etc used to spill into the fat and they had to bin the fat.. its just basically a mars bar in batter u can make it yaself at home with a deep fat fryer, they r nice but u wud struggle to eat a whole 1 as they r sickly very sickly

yes they do,but they are fried in batter.

People in all kinds of places eat deep fried mars bars but I wouldn't recommend it. Aside from the fact they can't do you any good, they taste horrible, batter shouldn't be for mars bars - I prefer mine the old fashioned way!

I don't eat fried mars bar and am Scottish but some people do

you can get it a chippy's

but i drink iru-bru made in Scotland made for Scotland can only get here

if u get any where else they taste bad

Scotland for iru-bru

dont know about scotland, but our chip van in yorkshire sells them. they are nice but a bit sweet!

Never had one personally, but I was watching King Of The Hill last week and Bill and Dale were eating deep fried 'candy bars', damn Texans, nicking our cuisine!!

r u not allowed to eat them outside of scotland,,,

sure do but toffee crisps are even better

Only the same as any where else I guess.

If that's the sort of thing you like to eat.

UGH ! not for me though. I'll stick with cheese.!!!...xxx

While I havn't had a Mars bar I have had a deep fried snickers, twinkee and oreo. They are all so deliciouse. Go try one!!!!!!!

They sell them at a chippy near me in yorkshire.

errrr thas disturbing to hear.

I can't imagine anything worse! How do they fry them without the chocolate melting? Heart attack on a plate or what!?

I don't know about it being a Scotland thing, but I've heard about it happening in chip shops in the north of England, along with deep fried creme eggs at Easter. It is True! I saw it on the news.
