Here are actual videos:

(I am sending these because sometimes with recipes from other countries it is good to see someone actually making/explaining it. Especially the Naan. I see someone else already posted the recipes, so you could use those while you watch!)

Chicken Tikka Masala:

INGREDIENTS:
* 1 cup yogurt
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
* 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
* 4 teaspoons salt, or to taste
* 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
* 4 long skewers
*
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 2 teaspoons paprika
* 3 teaspoons salt, or to taste
* 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, ginger, and 4 teaspoons salt. Stir in chicken, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Preheat a grill for high heat.
3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Thread chicken onto skewers, and discard marinade. Grill until juices run clear, about 5 minutes on each side.
4. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and jalapeno for 1 minute. Season with 2 teaspoons cumin, paprika, and 3 teaspoons salt. Stir in tomato sauce and cream. Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes. Add grilled chicken, and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Naan:

INGREDIENTS

* 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
* 1 cup warm water
* 1/4 cup white sugar
* 3 tablespoons milk
* 1 egg, beaten
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 4 1/2 cups bread flour
* 2 teaspoons minced garlic (optional)
* 1/4 cup butter, melted

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand about 10 minutes, until frothy. Stir in sugar, milk, egg, salt, and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead for 6 to 8 minutes on a lightly floured surface, or until smooth. Place dough in a well oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and set aside to rise. Let it rise 1 hour, until the dough has doubled in volume.
2. Punch down dough, and knead in garlic. Pinch off small handfuls of dough about the size of a golf ball. Roll into balls, and place on a tray. Cover with a towel, and allow to rise until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
3. During the second rising, preheat grill to high heat.
4. At grill side, roll one ball of dough out into a thin circle. Lightly oil grill. Place dough on grill, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until puffy and lightly browned. Brush uncooked side with butter, and turn over. Brush cooked side with butter, and cook until browned, another 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from grill, and continue the process until all the naan has been prepared.

I'm no expert in cooking so I got these recipes from a website (check out the source addresses). However, these are two of my favorite dishes so I'll be really glad if my answer helps you in preparing them.

Cumin Nan:

40 min 30 min prep
6 servings

Dough
2 cups unbleached white flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon corn oil
1/3 cup packaged instant mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted
1 cup water
Glaze
1-2 tablespoon corn oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

To make the dough, combine all the dough ingredients except the water in a food processor and process for 30 seconds.
(or whiz in a blender.) With the machine running, gradually add the water in a thin stream through the feeder tube.
Pulse on and off until the dough forms a soft ball.
Transfer the dough to a floured board.
Knead for 5 minutes by hand, sprinkling with flour as needed to prevent sticking.
The dough should be very soft and pliable.
Lightly flour a plastic bag.
Place the dough in the bag, seal it, and let it sit 15 to 20 minutes in a warm, dark place.
Prepare your grill.
Keep it covered to build an intense heat.
Combine the glaze ingredients and reserve.
Remove the dough from the bag and cut it into 6 equal pieces.
On a floured board, roll each piece into a circle as thin as a flour tortilla and about 8 inches in diameter.
(The circle need not be perfect, and a few holes are just fine).
As each piece is rolled, brush it lightly with the glaze and place it glazed-side down onto the grill.
When all of the dough has been placed on the grill, cover the grill and bake for 5 minutes, then brush the tops with the glaze, flip, and brown the other side.
There should be bubbles and brown patches on both sides when the bread is done.
Enjoy!

Look for an Asian store and buy a pre-mixed Chicken Tikka Marsala mix. This usually comes with some very good instructions on the container. All you shall probably need to buy elsewhere is the chicken breasts.
