Depends on the length of time....the tin is not completely air tight so it would dissapate after a bit.

you know, it would but i recommend using one of those old black canisters that camera film used to come in. they seal tight and yeah, i used to have people smell them after they had marinated for about a month. i don't do it anymore but people still talk about me doing it. have fun. build some memories.
