I just made aloo poori with a friend and it was incredibly yummy! What is your favorite type of stuffed poori?!

Question: My friend says pooris can be stuffed and fried with all sorts of fillings as long as the filling is not watery or else it might break and splatter in the oil. What's your favorite filling?

I'm not all that up on Indian food so I don't know what is poori. I'm sure it's great, though. I haven't yet tried an Indian food that I didn't like.

Paani Poori! Or with bhel (chick peas, potatoes and sev with a tamarind chutney)... not a good idea writing this close to lunch time. I think I'm dribbling! x
